When would you and Peter work together?
Most techniques of AIT can be performed by one therapist. However at times it can be helpful to have another 'body' there (eg. when muscle testing), in which case I usually work with Peter. If working in person I would work with your horse's usual rider/carer.
Where AIT with two therapists really comes into its own is where both human and equine issues are directly related, or have become more complex, or just where it's helpful to pool our intuitive resources. In other words, in any situation where it would be beneficial or necessary to work with both you and your animal's issues at the same time.
Examples might include relationship difficulties and misunderstandings, sporting or public performance problems, specific cases of unexplained behaviour, as well as pain, anger or fear-based issues that are based on a shared past trauma, to name a few.
When working distantly, working with Peter can help to speed up therapy with dissociative conditions where it would otherwise be much harder to work in my usual AIT role of "therapist and proxy patient" at the same time.
